To be eligible for refund/exchange it must be returned within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Take note: Only Eligible items can be return and exchange. Feeding Products and Hair accessories are not eligible items due to hygiene purposes.

We ONLY offer returns on unopened, unused merchandise. All original tags and packaging must be included and item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was delivered.

Return must be received within 3 business days from initiation of return, please choose correct shipping speed.

Once received, it will be inspected, an email will be sent out to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items:
Unfortunately we do not accept refund on sale items.

If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will offer an exchange/replace it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items due to postal service or for incorrect addresses placed on orders by customer. If your package has been lost in the mail we recommend filing a claim with your local post office. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
